I am on my 4th day taking the pills (but on the lowest dosage/3.75) and my appetite is not changed AT ALL i.e. I am as hungry as I ever was (darn!) These pills were NOT cheap (as we all know) AND I have a lot to lose so when the heck does this stuff start working???

I had no luck with the lower dose but as soon as I started the 7.5 mg dose I lost 50lbs in 6 months. Stick with it. It does work.
