Just to be sure. I wasn’t ovulating during the time but was on day one of leading up to ovulation when I took the plan B
Would I be pregnant if I used a condom correctly and pulled out? I took plan b aswell?

It sounds like you've a reasonable chance of avoiding pregnancy. It'd be unusual if you became pregnant under such circumstances, but not impossible. Precum & sperm can get on fingers & touch the genitals, if not careful, & Plan B is not guaranteed to prevent pregnancy, so there's always a chance, but it sounds unlikely, under these circumstances, especially if you were careful.
