Yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend without condom.
I was scared because I never had sex without condom but he said that his sperm is useless because of the many OxyContin that he takes (because of his back pain). Usually he takes one hour for coming because of the medicines. So we had sex for 3/4 minutes and he didn’t come. Could I get pregnant?
Pregnancy- if he didn’t ejaculate can I still become pregnant?

You can become pregnant from pre-cum as well as sperm.
You will need emergency contraception if you were near your fertile time of your cycle, & you may also want to get checked out for STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) as some of those can be carried for some time without symptoms, so if neither of you have been checked out first at a clinic, you could carry one without knowing. Some can be carried by virgins.
yes u right, but i don’t think that it happened, because we had just sex for 2 minutes and normally he takes really long time to come. i’m so scared and i don’t know what to do, do u think that i could be pregnant or im just thinking about that way too much?
Yes you could def get pregnant. He starts producing pre-cum that can contain sperm, from as soon as he gets excited, & he can't tell when he's producing it, when he's inside your vagina. It takes 1 sperm to come into contact with your cervical mucus. I'd consider emergency contraception. It's not as reliable as regular hormonal contraception, but it's worth a try. Unless you know for sure that you've definitely passed your ovulation for this month. That can be tricky to know for sure.
Also, if you end up pregnant then an STD could put the baby at risk.
The precum can come out bit by bit during sex, & doesn't mean it comes out straight before his ejaculation.
he told me that his doctor said that if he uses this medications his sperm would be sterile, is that possible?
No. Thats not true.
You can see that from the link i gave you. The lady had children despite her husband's medication.
Sterility is not listed as an effect of this drug.
The longer you wait to use emergency contraception, the less likely it is to work to prevent pregnancy.
The medication can causd lack of sexual interest & difficulty maintaining the erection, but it does not make the sperm or precum sterile.
anyway i talked to my boyfriend doctor and he said it is, my boyfriend takes more than OxyContin. many other medication that makes his sperm sterile.
You're welcome
