There is no interaction between the two medications that involves chest pain although the combination can cause drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating.
Pregabalin itself can commonly cause chest pain:
"Cardiovascular
Common (1% to 10% of users): Chest pain"
Side effects generally subside within days to a couple of weeks but chest pain should be reported to your doctor for their professional advice and to rule out any underlying cause.
