I know Prilosec can cause a false positive for pot on a UA, and Nexium is also a proton pump inhibitor, so it is likely to do the same. If you have a false positive or negative on a test for something, ask for the sample to be sent to a lab, labs are less likely to use cheap tests and can be more specific.
