I can't poop, when I try, blood squirts out. Not a lot, but also not a little. I have moderate pain in my abdomen and it hurts really bad in my butt hole when I try and poop. This is gross and I want it to stop! Help!

Try putting something up there, it'll loosen everything up for you :)
I would go to the er or see a dr asap about it. You could have a serious blockage. It needs investigated what your inability to go to the bathroom is and why your bleeding rectally. Seriously it very well could be a serious issue. Please get it looked into.
You are constipated and it is putting pressure on the veins in the anal region. Pushing to poop can cause those veins to bulge and burst. This is just hemorrhoids, more than likely. Have you tried a glycerin suppository to help soften the stool? Sometimes a ball of stool develops that is so large it cant be passed whole. In that event, you, or a doctor or nurse, will have to digitally (with their fingers) break up and remove the "impaction" Some times loose stool trapped behind the ball of stool will seep around looking like diarrhea. Try giving yourself a glycerin suppository or try an enema. An enema, if you can get the fluid around the stool, should help to loosen the impacted hard to pass stool. Your anus (butthole) is going to be tender after. You might want to get some hemorrhoid cream and you may even need to use cool compresses or an ice pack briefly. If you are still unable to get the stool to move, you'll need to see your Dr or go to Urgent Care.
Try not to allow yourself to get this constipated again! You need to get more fiber in your diet, perhaps add supplemental fiber like Benefiber, Citrucel or Metamucil. You also need to increase your intake of water. Constipation occurs most often in those who do not drink enough water.
Thank you so much! This was more than helpful! I was scared for a minute!
