So yesterday I took the Plan B at 7 pm three hours before I started vomiting and I'm scared that I vomited the pill I didn't see the pill in my vomit? I also only ate breakfast around 11 am that day. I was wondering would I need to buy another pill?
Do I need another Plan B if I threw up?

You only need another dose if you vomit within 2 hours of taking the original dose. That is the Manufacturer's advice.
We're you definitely not at your fertile time of the month?
