It looks like it could cause a false positive for amphetamine. But if the lab does a GC/MS test (confirmation test) of the urine that might help give a better definitive result. In some cases I would recommend doing a hair drug test as they have a very low false positive rate but I would need to have more info to make a better decision. A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample of hair will go back 90 days.
