I have been on Paxil for 2 years and it worked great, however just recently my anxiety has returned, brain zaps, heat intolerance, and so forth and I have never missed a dose! It is like I am having withdrawal symptoms when I'm not withdrawing anything! Has this happened to anybody and what do you do? I am desperate! My doctor upped the dosage as I am on 25MG extended release to 35MG and it made me feel so bad! I was in a fog for most of the day, maybe Paxil is not good for me anymore, does this happen?

I was on Paxil a number of years ago and it stopped working and I went on
Zoloft instead

How do you feel on Zoloft? I’ve been on silent for almost 20 years and I feel like it’s not working as well but I had 20 great years on it.. Was it hard to get off of your axle and go on Zoloft.

Welcome to the club of we all can relate to your pain and frustration. Can I share something. I have been taking citalopram over ten years. Never missed daily dosage, yet I felt a change in my mood. Restless, paranoid, tired and having crying spells. It was then I realized to increase the dosage, will only last so long with effectiveness. At first, I was scared to take matters in my own hands, but I did. With the help of my inner spirit, I walked down memory lane. My goal was to find the core of my depression. When I did one by one, I confronted my mental pain and dealt with it. I still take my anti-depressant medication (dosage has been reduced) depression is still there, I just have a better control of my depression. In other words, it does not retain/prevent me from carrying on my daily activities. With my medication, I take stress relief tablets: GABA, Gingko Biloba, L-Theanine, Ginseng, B-12 drink this with a cup of green tea. In the evening chamomile tea with Valerian and Ashwagandha.
