I have been on 20 mg Paroxetine/Paxil for 20 years. Now im anxious again. Will increasing to 40/50/60 mg help? Thanks

It's possible but not likely. Antidepressants sometimes "poop out" after long term use... and 20 years is certainly long term use.
Talk to your doctor about it. Maybe you could try increasing the dose and see how it goes but if it doesn't help you may need to consider switching to a different medication.
