Paroxetine - does it cause obesity?

Paxil is considered to be weight neutral because it can cause weight gain OR weight loss in some users:
"Common (1% to 10% of users): Decreased appetite, increased appetite, weight gain, weight loss"
Unfortunately many, if not most, psychotropic medications have the potential to cause metabolic changes leading to weight changes.
Everybody responds differently to these drugs so there's always a chance of this side effect in some people.
