Hi, 19Frgib89!
Seroquel (generic - quetiapine) is an atypical antipsychotic commonly prescribed to control hallucinations which occur in Parkinson's patients. In clinical studies it's been shown to be effective without worsening motor disability and causes relatively fewer side effects than many other antipsychotic medications,
It's not meant to treat the disease itself.
