What are the parameters for taking my Orencia pre-filled syringe if I forget to take it on time?

Take it as soon as possible but allow 3-4 days between doses. Orencia by the week did not last the whole week for me. I was better with the 2 week enbrel or humira. In fact, having to go off humira for 2 weeks for surgery, did not result in difficulty. If you wait to long, wait for next dose day.
