Hi, again!
These side effects are common and will resolve soon. Why this happens initially I can't tell you but it's true of antidepressants in the beginning for some users. These excerpts may help you:
"Psychiatric
Very common (10% or more of users): Anxiety (up to 15%), nervousness (up to 14%)
Common (1% to 10%): Agitation, disturbance in attention, emotional lability, restlessness, tension"
"Side effects have been reported to be generally mild and transient. They are most common during the first 2 weeks of treatment and decrease in intensity and frequency with continued treatment. They generally do not lead to treatment cessation."
Keep in mind that anxiety disorders are notoriously slow to respond to treatment but they will.
Patience and a positive attitude will help get you through this initial adjustment period. Try not too fret too much... it just triggers panic. Your brain's neurotransmitters are out of whack and your brain is confused right now as the medication begins adjusting them. This WILL resolve for you.
Take care, WC
