Panic Disorder - I'm curious. Has anyone experienced temporary blindness during a panic attack?

I went to the doctor because in the past few months I keep going temporarily blind after the onset of a panic attack. After going through several scans at the hospital and several doctor visits, I was confirmed that it was just my panic attacks and that this was completely normal. That really confused me because I had never talked to someone with the same problem as me.

Live; Yes I have heard of this also and also the Panic can show up in many different ways for everyone the one I get the most with the eyes is everything gets so bright I can't see and spots or twinkling spots but they go as soon as I get it under control please try not to focus on this happing seems like many people do and then its harder to keep them under control.

Yes I have once. I went into a panic attack at school once and lost my sight for a brief minute. I think its due to the excessive heart rate, blood flow and pressure to the eye walls.

Yes, I personally have experienced temporary blindness during a panic attack. It start's out as tunnel vision, and then my vision will go completely black. When I remove myself from the situation that is causing the panic attack, my vision will gradually but quickly return in just a few seconds. Hope this helps you.

No, I've never heard of such a thing either. You have considered seizure disorders?
