there is no difference between the two if you are taking them orally (if you smoke them that's a different story) M30 is made by Mallinckrodt and A215 is made by Amide Pharmaceuticals. Both are generic Roxicodone. M 30 has a little more (buffer) which creates more smoke so ppl think there getting higher.
