Overnight incontinence on Cymbalta?

Among the possible side effects after taking Simbalta, urinary incontinence is the least of the evils:
According to clinical trials, the most common side effects (≥ 10%) were constipation, nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, insomnia and headache. Less commonly (≥ 1% and < 10%), heart palpitations, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, vomiting, decreased appetite, weight loss, drowsiness, tremor, lethargy, sweating, hot flashes, yawning, blurred vision, anxiety, and sleep disturbances were observed. On the part of the reproductive system (≥ 1% and < 10%), ejaculatory disorders and erectile dysfunction, decreased libido and anorgasmia were observed. Rarely (≥ 0.1% and < 1%), tachycardia, gastroenteritis, stomatitis, belching, dehydration, increased blood pressure, increased liver function tests, weight gain, thirst, malaise, muscle tension, taste and visual disturbances, agitation, bruxism, disorientation, cold extremities, night sweats, photosensitivity, flushing, nocturia and urinary retention were observed.
Dizziness, nausea, and headache (>5%) have also been reported as common adverse symptoms with duloxetine discontinuation.
