Currently taking sertraline 25mg for 3 days now and my head is killing me. I need safe relief. I can't get in touch with my doctor or pharmacist due to it being the weekend.

Sertraline can cause headaches in about 20% of users and they generally resolve within days to a week or so. This is an interaction report for sertraline and two common OTC medications:

It looks like Tylenol (acetaminophen) would be the safest choice.
