Are OTC potassium pills and losartan potassium pills the same ?

No they are not the same. The OTC is a supplement and losartan is an ARB with a potassium binder. It is for high blood pressure and some heart conditions.
No, they most definitely are not. Potassium Chloride as a supplement has not a lot in common with Losartan potassium which is an antihypertensive.
