Took my NuvaRing out yesterday for my period for the first time (I have taken it out for less than an hour at a time before for sex).. and I'm not bleeding yet. Should I be worried? How long does it usually take to start?
NuvaRing - Its been 24 hours since removal of NR and no bleeding. Pregnant or no?

The first month I used the ring my period was late and really short, some other people might not get there period on the first month depends on your body I guess. but no I don't see a reason to worry, just remember that you have to put a new ring in within 5-7 days after you took the other one out. (mark days you take out and put in on a calendar, it helps) and if you get your period by the time you have to put a new ring in, still put it in and also just be careful when taking a tampon out as it might fall out aswell. your body will adjust to the new cycle with the ring. and the first 7 days after putting the ring in just be sure to use an extra form of protection, hope this helps, you can always google the nuvaring book thing and it will give you all the info you need:)
