I currently take tramadol for chronic pain with oxycodone every 3 days. Do NSAIDS have a bad effect with venlafaxine?
Is it OK to take NSAIDS with venlafaxine?

Hi, Snuzy!
There is a moderate risk of bleeding/bruising when NSAIDS are taken with venlafaxine. I used ibuprofen which is probably the most common NSAID in the Interaction Checker:

There is also a risk mixing tramadol, oxycodone, and venlafaxine:

If these medications were prescribed by your doctor it may be that they consider the benefits to outweigh the risks.
