Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer - has anyone used Opdivo infusion's alone without any other drugs?

Thank you for posting. I have been getting Opdivo only infusions every two weeks for three months. I just had a petscan and it showed no metabolic activity in the hilar lymph region which I had before, my 20mm nodule in my left lung had grown slightly but a low SUV metabolic activity. My doctor had me see a radiation oncologist for him to zap the nodule only once or twice the radiation doctor wouldn't do it unless I would let him give me radiation for 30 days, and he wanted also to zap my hilar lymph region, which is close to my esophagus . The hilar region was showing no signs of cancer but he said he would not just treat the nodule. Jeez. I was diagnosed on April6 last year and had pet/ct four times with little change in my nsclc left lung. I don't know what to do? I am waiting to talk with my oncolgist. The Opdivo is working, it just hasn't killed the nodule yet. Thoughts anybody. Thanks,
