Or, you could just have your radio station turned up too high!! Just kidding. If we didn't laugh at ourselves, we would go crazy. I have terrible tinnitus, and I don't like it either, but please, check with your doctor first. Just make sure that you don''t have an infection. An ENT would be the best doctor see.
Pops and pounding noises can be fluid in the ear too. Go see your primary care Dr or an ENT Doc.
Ah, the joys of tinnitus. Yes the ' pounding in your head's probably is a new instrument of the band that plays in your head. I have had it for so long, I can't remember when I didn't hear noises, some high pitched whining or throbbing, so loud sometimes I couldn't hear the television.
But, unless I'd been to an ear doc, I wouldn't assume anything, could be an infection or something wrong with your ear drum and there are a bunch of things that cause tinnitus, it's best to get a docs opinion
Maybe there is something available to quiet the orchestra in your head.
Worth a visit before things get worse.
Just sayin',
Sweet Hippie
