I keep getting spam for no prescription online pharmacies. I don't have med. insurance and visiting the doctors costs too much $ to get a prescription. Should i trust some of those online pharmacies to get sleeping pills? Is it legal? I know nothing on this entire subject. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

I've never heard of that but do know there are flat fee clinics out there and redi clinics in HEB grocery stores.
You have never heard of this? Grab your nearest prescription bottle. Somewhere on that bottle it will say "CAUTION FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS THE TRANSFER OF THIS DRUG TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE PERSON FOR WHOM IT WAS PRESCRIBED" That means giving or selling a drug that requires a prescription, to another person other than the person who got the prescription from the Dr, is a federal offense! It doesnt matter what kind of drug it is, controlled substance or not, it is illegal to get them without a prescription
Is this true?
Yes.. True? Are these sites just monitored or a trap?
Its prohibited for the person who it was written by a Dr and dispensed by a Pharmacist to do so which is completely different from acquiring a drug assuming its not a narcotic from a source other than a Pharmacist for personal health care if its less than a 90 day supply of the drug. That warning states about importing anything in fact its only referring to the pills in that bottle
Do you know any red eye clinics around Indiana . Close to Bloomington ?
It is a federal offense to purchase medications without a prescription, that require a Drs prescription in the US, no matter if they are controlled or not. You get into even MORE trouble if you are talking about controlled substances.
They are working very hard to get these sites shut down. It is NOT worth it!!
This is untrue. It is legal for a citizen of the U.S. to obtain three months of a non-scheduled prescription medication for their own use from an off shore pharmacy. Look it up. I have dealt with inhouse drugstore for years with no problems. They often have meds available in generic form, manufactured by US drug companies that are not available for us because of patent laws, These meds, manufactured for sale in other countries, are identical in quality and much less expensive than the brand name. In the past, I have purchased generic Fosamax, Estrogel, Patanol eye drops, and many others. I even get my dog's heartworm medicine! Shipping takes around 10 days at no cost. If you are trying to buy scheduled narcotics, pain relievers, anxiety drugs, etc., you will not find them here. That is against US law and any site that tries to sell you such drugs is not legitimate.
I am in need of obtaining non controlled Rx minimally covered by US (BCBS) HMO. The same non controlled Rx is 4X higher here in the United States as Canada. If I can get my physician to fax my Rx to this on-line Canadian pharmacy, I am out of here with doing business with local pharmacies. American's are being robbed by big pharma here in the US. Cross the border into Mexico, and get anything you need for a few dollars. It's sad.
people wouldnt have to come on-line if dea didnt have all the narcotics shut down! the govt shouldn't have say in our health
Horselips you are absolutely correct
Is there a good off shore pharmacy for tramadol?
I read that in order tocircumvent federal guidelines pertaining to the sale of controlled medications, some of these internet pharmacies have physicians who question prospective patients via telephone about their pain, such as diagnosis, location and severity and if they have any allergies then they write the prescriptions.
There Are websites in foreign countries that will sell both controlled and uncontrolled medications. According to federal regulations you may not purchase them without a prescription from a physician, these websites circumvent these laws by retaining a physician who will question the prospective patients via telephone regarding diagnosis. If seeking pain medication they may ask the location, the severity, and how long you've suffered from the particular injury. They will then prescribe the medication for you. It isn't very ethical but it does happen.
Sounds as though this precarious individual must have either gotten caught, as a member of the 911 sQUAD!!! YES,,, THE #RAT#THREATENS that you CAN'T EVEN TALK ABOUT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES WITHOUT SERIOUS TROUBLE,HENCE HEADING YOUR WAY!!! HE SURE, AS MOST %#LAW OFFICIAL POWER DRIVEN--- DO#, wants or no DEMANDS THAT BASICALLY HE ACTUALLY #WROTE THISLAW## YEAH, RIGHT!!! NOT!!!
Sorry buddy but i work in law enforcement n it is legal to get 90 day supply with no prescription..
Hello 30bo. Even with a valid prescription, I'd not order via the web/net. If there is a problem regarding your purchase, the quality, etc that would be a problem. Its also against federal and most state laws to purchase any drug without a perscription be it "online" or not. Best of wishes, pledge
I would endorse what Cleo has too say.
Take care, better be safe than sorry!
Between being crippled with god knows what from a contaminated poison and being put in prison, I think that you have your answer. The sites that I've looked at haven't exactly had cheap prices either. Like I say, "i'm having back spasms-don't need opium or heavy duty stuff- the pharmacy wants $200 for something that will help me-and I'm in no man's land waiting for approval. Did I say that i had to buy special made shoes to try to walk? I buy my own stomach medicine-just need a script-been taking it since 1994-and the HMO didn't want the doctor to write me any more prescriptions. I asked them if they wanted to pay ER and hospital bills. No other med works. The committee decided that since I pay $80-$200 a month, they could write the script. My doctor is frustrated with all of this. He just wants to practice medicine.
Great info! My back dr said he could not write an RX for tramadol anymore because he might lose his liicense. He said the class level had changed. Set me up with pain mgmt. His notes said they would try to wean me off. I wish he had told me this! My pain mgmt is in June... I stretched a 1 month RX over 3 months. There are days I wake up and cannot move as the pain is so severe.
I'm curious to know what type of Doctor would lose their license over Tramadol. My primary doctor prescribes my Tramadol, Lortab, break through Percacet, Xanax, etc. While the Lortab and Percacet have to be hand written and cannot have refills on them, the Tramadol can be called in and have up to five refills on them.
We are relocating, and with pain management terrified of helping chronic pain patients, even such as myself, who follows orders to the letter, and cannot function without the small relief I get, I am angry at the Government for doing this to doctors who actually have your best interest in mind. Not PILL MILLS! We are relocating to the Nashville, TN area, but before we go I must know I can get the medication I need. Please advise. I have 3.5 weeks. Thankyou
I personally would not trust any online pharmacy with no prescription And if it is a scheduled drug it is NOT LEGAL to buy ANY schedule 2 narcotic online. You can do years in prison. Is it worth it?
Is Tramadol class 4 available online?
It's hard to tell. I do know that the Chinese R making a killing-pun on words intended by supplying counterfeit drugs--- some drugs are out-dated and ineffective-some aren't made under sterile conditions which causes them to be mixed with other drugs-even toxins, or they are contaminated when being repackaged. Some are diluted and some are made with corn starch and questionable ingredients. I never thought that I'd see the day where the mafia looked honest. A nation that puts poison in the milk of it's own babies can't be trusted. Hospitals have even been tricked by counterfeit meds. search AMA-patient- The AMA puts out news about this. I'm on Medicare with an HMO. I'm allergic to tylenol, aspirin, Ibuprofin, advil-and I've spent over a month trying to get a pain killer for tendonitis and I'm not walking well.
My doctor keeps writing prescriptions for none or low opiod pain killers-but the FDA would rather that I take pure codiene instead of getting a lidocaine patch. I'm frustrated, my doctor is frustrated- I've found myself thinking the same thing that you are thinking-but I don't need any more ailments-So I use compresses and self-hypnotism. Also-the FDA shut down a production line-and I had to get a med from Canada-under FDA supervision-it made me sick. I wish you luck-If I end up on my own-I'm thinking of going to Mexico-where a person doesn't need scripts. I already live in a dangerous state that leads the nation for rapes, murders, assaults-and Social Security and the FDA won't help me get safe meds-- Cancun or Alcapulco sound good to me.
