"Can nitrofurantoin make your urine green?
Nitrofurantoin may turn your pee dark yellow or brown. This is normal. Your pee will return to its usual colour after you finish taking the medicine. It's important to complete your course of nitrofurantoin, even if you feel better, to stop your infection coming back."

I would still run it by your Dr..
