I've had the nexplanon since Nov 2017, my experience has been pretry awful, but in the last 2 months especially I have noticed very swollen breast, VERY tender. Worst breast pain in my life. They feel like weights.
Nexplanon - Has anyone suffered from severe breast tenderness?

I’m feeling sever breast pain on both. Seeing my OB/GYN Wednesday. Thinking of taking it out if this BC is the cause. Been having it for 22 months never gave me problems till now for a few weeks now
I’m having the same problem now, but my nipples also really hurt
Oh.my.god.yes. I'm on my second round of this BC - got it replaced in July. Got a period for the week in August and then around the 15th of August my breast literally would get swollen and ache. I'm talking I took Advil and cried they hurt so bad. I was honestly scared I was pregnant. I remember thinking that my boobs never hurt that bad before, something must be wrong with me. It's a side effect. If your experience is like mine... it's the worst pain ever. But it's normal, and if it's affecting your daily life, talk to your OB/GYN about taking it out.
YES! I've had the Nexplanon since July of 2017. Everything has been OK up until last month. The pain started out of no where. Some days the pain is unbearable, it hurts to even take my bra off. I try taking a hot shower to ease the pain but once I get up in the morning for work the pain returns. I found your question by googling the same thing because I'm experiencing it right now. It hurts. If the pain doesn't go away soon I'm getting this removed.
