New here: I started Wegovy a month ago and am getting ready to refill it for month two. When I refill, does it automatically go up to 0.50? BTW - I am not seeing any weight loss yet, but I'm being patient.

It is normal most physicians do not know what to advise you about using Wegovy unless they are a dietician or deal with weight loss. You just need to talk to the pharmacist and verify. I did the step-up every 4 weeks which is the norm, if tolerated. 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1.0mg, 1.7mg, 2.4mg is the maintenance. Some people step-up every 2 to 3 months if issues. So, clarify with the Pharmacist. Wegovy does slow down the digestive action and you may need something like Senna-S laxative occasionally, and drink water throughout the day. Eat lots of fiber foods or stools may get hard and difficult to pass if not monitored.
I am new as well and have been on for one week now! So far I feel a bit nauseous and have had some heartburn and kind of belchy. Lovely! Haven’t weighed myself but don’t feel like clothes are looser at all. I am hoping when I dose up it helps with energy. I also have hypothyroidism and am starting menopause… so fun! That’s why I started taking the Wegovy, I gained like 80 lbs in 1 1/2 years… not cool. I normally am about 145 and am 220 now and my legs and and skin on legs hurt as well as joints. I have also had bad hives last couple years. Does anyone else have any symptoms like this?
