I agree with the previous post:
Common (1% to 10%): Weight gain, "hyperglycemia"
Postmarketing reports: Hyponatremia
Neurontin CAN alter your blood sugar, most commonly by increasing your blood sugar. Make sure that your doctor knows that you are taking Neurontin and you are diabetic, so that he/she can decide if Neurontin is right for you!
