Always eat before taking it, that will help not to get nausea. ginger ale is good for nausea. sip on it.

I like schweppes ginger ale it has ginger root in it and that will calm your stomach.

Yoguart replaces the GOOD bacteria that Antibiotics kill. Over the counter Acidiphillus and Bicificus pills work great!!!
