Morning sickness with dry heaves. I still eat normally and am not throwing up my food. Is this nausea normal for 20mg before my body gets used to it?. I also noticed heightened anxiety. I am taking 0.5mg Klonopin daily for anxiety currently. Also taking Abilify for bipolar disorder.
Nausea when increasing dosage to 20mg Prozac last week?

Hi, Alpine!
New or recurring side effects are very common after a dosage increase and you likely just doubled your dose. Nausea and increased anxiety are typical side effects but they should subside fairly quickly.
You might ask your pharmacist's advice about OTC remedies for nausea like Emetrol, Pepto, or Dramamine that won't interact with your meds. Meantime, soda crackers, peppermint tea, ginger ale/tea might be helpful.
Best regards and you should be feeling better soon.
my concern was Serotonin Syndrome
It's a relatively rare condition but you should thoroughly acquaint your self with potential symptoms. When symptoms are minor and caught early it can be treated very effectively.

You're more than welcome! I've always felt that living with depression is akin to emotional suicide and it's definitely not worth living that way.
Bravo for you and best of luck in your journey.
