What an absolutely horrific last two days had a horrible adverse reaction to an anxiety med which caused me to have some of the absolute worst anxiety! As well as numerous other side less severe side effects. My heart rate was as high as 135 at times. Paiged doctor she immediately had me stop med and put me on two temporary sedatives to lower my body's huge anxiety adrenaline reaction and so I could finally sleep after being awake for 32 hrs. Still feel a little off but knock on wood almost completely back to myself.
Fyi the med was an Alzheimer's med which has shown promise for OCD patients that was what it was supposed to help with my OCD the med is Namenda (Memantine). Thank GOD for blessing me with the most amazing loving, understanding, sympathetic, and patient husband I love you so very much Jeff Rombalski thank you for helping me through this awful horrific nightmare.
