The answer is yes, but it will pass after a few days. Everyone will be different. I started on 50mg, as that was my prescribed amount. I hope this is helpful.
The following are common side effects of Naltrexone which should subside within a week to 10 days, if they don't contact your DR. and inform him/her.
Dizziness
Nausea

I suggest you ask your Pharmacist to recommend an OTC medication for the dizziness and the nausea that doesn't interact with your medicine.
With regards to your dose, do inform your Dr. first before you start taking half of what was prescribed to you, so he/she is aware.
