If you are asking if it is the same active ingrediant. Then yes, Cephalexin is a human drug.
If it is the same dosage and formulation. I don't know if you could provide us with more information that could help.
Did the doc give you the pills himself or a prescription?
Yes the Vet gave us the medication..500mg. Cephalexin Dark Green Lite Green J2 on Both sides
Yep - that is the same as what a pharmacy would stock.
I wouldn't recommend using them in humans though for various reasons.
