I accidentally gave doxycycline .75mg to wrong dog. My 35 lb dog is to take 3/4 of a 100mg pull?

You mean 75mg not 0.75mg (which is almost nothing). Your dog may have suffered nausea, vomiting and diarrhea but should be just fine.
