Drink plenty of water, 2 to 3 liters of water per day. Be careful not to cause an electrolyte imbalance, this happens when you drink too much fluids and it can cause coma even death, so don't over do it.
Electrolyte imbalance symptoms:
Confusion and irritability.
Diarrhea or constipation.
Fatigue.
Headaches.
Irregular or fast heart rate (arrhythmia).
Muscle cramps, muscle spasms or weakness.
Nausea and vomiting.
Numbness or tingling in limbs, fingers and toes.
Low electrolytes or electrolyte deficiencies include:
Sodium: Hyponatremia.
Potassium: Hypokalemia.
Calcium: Hypocalcemia.
Chloride: Hypochloremia.
Magnesium: Hypomagnesemia.
Phosphate: Hypophosphatemia.
