It is my understanding that Tylenol can damage your liver if taken in high dosages. Can Mucinex DM have the same consequences?

Sorry this question has not been answered earlier for you.
The usual adult dosage for Mucinex DM is 1 or 2 tablets every 12 hours; not more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Even though you took the maximum recommended daily dosage at once, as a one off incident I don't think there is likely to be any serious consequences.
You should see your doctor if you are concerned.
