I am finishing my second 4 week round of the 5 mg dosage and I have stopped losing weight. I'm not sure when my doctor intends to move me to a higher dosage. I am seeing my general physician for prescribing. Should one change to 7.5 if no complications?

Answers
This is average dosing schedule... your doctor may prescribe differently based on your history and progress on the medication:
"Mounjaro Injection Dosage and Administration
The recommended starting dosage is 2.5 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly (2.1)
After 4 weeks, increase to 5 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly (2.1)
If additional glycemic control is needed, increase the dosage in 2.5 mg increments after at least 4 weeks on the current dose.
The maximum dosage is 15 mg subcutaneously once weekly (2.1).
Administer once weekly at any time of day, with or without meals. (2.2)"
DO NOT change your dosage unless your doctor tell to do so.
