I want the medicine to stay in me as long as it can so is this okay,?
Monistat - ovule coming out of me with all the discharge. Is it okay to try and push it back up?

It depends on if this is the morning after you put the Monistat in last night. The Monistat should be put inside your vagina after you lay down to go to sleep. Ideally this gives it all night to dissolve and kill the yeast. I just talked with a girl who didn't have the medicine spread out inside her until day 2, so there are exceptions. Once you wake in the morning and stand up, you can expect the cream to start coming out.
If you got up shortly after putting the medicine in, yes, you didn't want that cream coming out, if you can get it back in, that's great. I think it'll be hard to do, though.
