What if I use it and go out to run errands? I'm very uncomfortable and would like to start treatment as soon as possible.

This one is so easy to figure out ,you'd have the answer if you thought about it for 30 seconds. If you are lying done it will stay in there, stand up and it runs out and is not helping you.
