I have a lot of joint pain from various injuries from playing sports. I have developed osteoarthritis in my joints and I also take meds for blood pressure. The only things that helps my pain is ibuprofen or naproxen, but I’ve been instructed my doctor to only take Tylenol but it doesn’t help at all. Is it possible to counteract the effects of ibuprofen by adding another prescription med which may help to keep blood vessels from narrowing and or to keep me from retaining water, which I’ve heard is a problem with ibuprofen, which in turn can raise blood pressure. Thanks for taking my question.
