Well the first one 120mg injection I had worked on 24 hours the second one approx 4 days this one 3rd one I had last Tuesday and my arthritis pain etc is still here after 5 days.

Its not a drug you have to build up a blood level. It starts working right away. This does not mean you're going to notice a difference right away.
