I have the 6 day pack and I know if says you can take the first dose all at once but is it okay to do what with the rest of the days to follow?

Can I take the first days dose 6 pills of a methylprednisolone dose pack all at once?
Is it ok to take all at once every day
Unless your doctor has specifically told you to take divided doses, you should take all the methylprednisolone as a single dose, once a day. In the morning with breakfast is the best time.
