I just started my pack because of having hard time breathing, and I just took my first 2 but it tasted awful is there anything that I can drink that can help with the taste?

Hi Jinetm,
My mom had this very problem when she had to take steroids before chemo. I have a home encapsulation kit, where you can make your own capsules. With smaller pills like steroids, I would begin by filling the caps with cornstarch, drop in the pills, and finish by packing the rest of the way with more cornstarch.
You can find these kits online, and they aren't too expensive. I also grind up pills too large for me to take (but never extended release pills) and put them into capsules as well.

You can make the taste by swallowing them with yogurt or pudding. Hope you feel better
