I’ll take a 10 mg tablet of Ritalin two or three times a day to combat extreme fatigue. Lately I have been experiencing a “crash“ after about three hours. It is extreme… I have to lie down and wait for it to pass. Can anyone offer me any advice about this?

This is pretty much why I'm discontinuing methylphenidate. Every day after it wears off I get extremely sad and angry. Not a good place. I didn't have this problem with Adderall, so my doctor is resuming that and dropping the Ritalin. I know this isn't much help, but if the side effects are too much, something needs to change. Don't give up.
