Methocarbamol is used in the treatment of muscle spasm; tetanus; opiate withdrawal and belongs to the drug class skeletal muscle relaxants.
Gabapentin is used in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia; restless legs syndrome; epilepsy; vulvodynia; postmenopausal symptoms (and more), and belongs to the drug class gamma-aminobutyric acid analogs.
