I am taking Mobic 15mg for the past 5 days and yesterday my stomach became distended along with upper abdominal pain. I feel like I'm 4 months pregnant. Can Mobic cause this?

I am wondering the same thing since it has happened to me now after only 3 days on Meloxicam. Each day I seem to retain more fluid, gain more weight, and get more bloated. It does however help the foot and hip pain, so I am reluctant to stop taking it. My other concern is I have been having heartburn last 3 days.
