I was told it's for short time use.how long is safe to take it? Do dr's put u on something different when that time comes? or keep you on it and just keep an eye on you more with blood test? tks for you'r help!

Hi! Meloxicam or mobic can take up to 2 weeks to become fully effective. Do not lie down for 10 minutes after taking it. It is an NSAID (non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly prescribed for RA and osteo arthritis, also used for soft tissue pain. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
