well i am going on day 3 of being induced to suboxone, my question is what is a safe dose of melatonin to take to help with this horrible insomnia??? i am on 8mgs of the film every 8hrs??? over the hunp with the withdrawls the i was thrown into,thank god for that,just need a straight 6 hrs of sleep that would be nice right about now...
