I take levetiracetam XR 500 mgs 6 a day, lamotrigine XR 300 mgs 2 a day, xcopri 100 mgs 1 a day, fycompa 12 mgs 1 a day, medical marijuana through out the day, Lisinopril 5 mgs 1 a day simvastatin 10 mgs 1 a day
With the medications I take can I use over the counter nervive?

Unfortunately, being an OTC Nervive isn't included in our Interactions Checker database. Your best bet really is your pharmacist. They tend to know everything about OTC and prescription medications.
