I know that sertraline and buspirone interact with eachother but it is what my dr prescribed me, I take 150 mg of sertraline once a day and I take 10mg of buspirone twice a day. My question is can I safely take the 150mg with 20mg all at once instead of having to separate medications and take them at different times? I also have a second question for if I cant take them all at once, can I 150mg in the morning and 20mg at night instead of taking the buspirone are two different times?
Can I take these medications how I want to?

I suggest you take your meds as prescribed, there must be a reason for your Dr. prescribing 10mgs of Buspirone BID (twice daily).
Hi, Bunni!
Fortunately, serotonin syndrome is fairly rare and can be easily treated in the early stages. Some people even recover without treatment. Your doctor has likely determined that the benefit to you outweighs the risk.
You do need to take the 10mg of buspirone twice daily for 24 hour coverage but you can take the two medications together either morning or night.
